In this article you will learn how to check the current status of our servers, check for an upcoming maintenance and how to subscribe to updates so you never miss a maintenance window, as well as changing your subscription preferences.

Check current server status

• Visit status.meedio.me
• You can now see the current status of our components and our system metrics

Check an upcoming maintenance

• At the very bottom of the page you can see all available information's about an upcoming maintenance, which components are affected, how long it will last, and if a downtime is expected.

Subscribe to updates

• To get informed about all upcoming maintenance's press the blue "Subscribe to updates" button
• Fill in your E-Mail
• Press the blue bordered "Subscribe" button

Change your subscription preferences

• Repeat the steps of "Subscribe to updates" to receive an E-Mail, in which you can change your subscription preferences, as well as unsubscribe
• In the E-Mail press on "here" to change your subscription preferences

Unsubscribe

• Select the subscriptions you want to change
• To unsubscribe entirely deselect all subscriptions by pressing on "Deselect All"
• Now press the blue "Save" button
• Finalize by pressing the blue "OK" button in the Unsubscribe Pop-Up window
