Meedio only integrates necessary functions, which reduces complexity and increases user comfort.

Digitisation of healthcare is crucial for the future of medical care. Meedio video consultation is a purely European solution with a specially developed end-to-end encryption. All data is processed on European servers and deleted after the consultation is ended. Patients can talk to their doctor via video on their computer, smartphone or tablet - without download or log in. Meedio’s video consultation can be used as an on-premise or cloud solution and can be integrated into existing IT systems as well as the website and social media of a health facility. It is extremely user-friendly and self-explanatory, which is why the application is also highly accepted by elderly and sick people.

Meedio has developed a GDPR-compliant messenger solution that meets both the users' desire for uncomplicated and fast communication as well as the data protection requirements. The solution allows short text messages to be sent including images, findings or other relevant files. Meedio's Messenger service is not only secure but can also be integrated into the existing IT infrastructures. Meedio is currently working on developing and certifying a TI messenger that will be integrated into the gematik telematics infrastructure and meets the requirements of TIM as well as compatibility with KIM. The required gematik certification is expected to be available in 2023.
